Can I return my Archipelago Botanicals purchase?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return the item(s) for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Once we have received the returned product, please allow 10-14 business days to process the transaction. You will not be charged additional shipping fees on exchanges. For items purchased from a retail venue other than shopArchipelago.com, please contact the store-of-purchase for their return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please package the products (in original Archipelago packaging, if possible) along with a copy of the original invoice and note whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, and USPS Parcel Post) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Archipelago cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us. All returns should be addressed to:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note, any engraved or monogrammed products are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
What if I have not received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What if my item is damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
What if my item is Final Sale?
Items that are marked Final Sale may not be returned for a refund. If the product appears to be damaged, then the item may be exchanged for equal value. Please email us at help@SHOParchipelago.com if your item is damaged.
Can Gift Cards Be Returned?
Unfortunately, Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
