    When will my order ship?
    Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt, but we’re only open on Monday-Friday.

    We offer same day shipping on overnight or air delivery shipments – but see the details below.
    
    During peak holiday periods or in cases where we’ve temporarily run out of products, there may be a slight shipping delay. When that happens, we’ll let you know.
    
    How long does Ground Shipping take?
    It depends on where you live. And for ground, they don’t guaranty it – they just give these guidelines (but they’re pretty good about it).
    
    

    

    What if I need faster-than-ground shipping?
    You can order next day, second day or three-day guaranteed air services and, if that’s not enough, you can request Saturday deliveries too*. The days start when the order ships, and we’re talking “working days”. So if you place an order on a Wednesday afternoon, and we ship it on Thursday morning, then you would need to order second day air if you wanted to make sure that you receive it by Monday. Get it?
    
    And the cutoff time for all same-day, expedited air shipments is 12:00 PM (noon) PST.

    *Saturday deliveries are only available on next day and 2 day air service. Delivery period starts when FedEX picks up the package. Normal cutoff times for same-day expedited shipment orders is 12:00 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday only.

    
    Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
    Yes, but we have to charge a small delivery fee. 

    Regardless of order size, ground shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico cost $20. Three day air costs $40. 

    Do you ship to Canada or Mexico?
    We’re working on it. But at the moment, we’re not shipping to Canada or Mexico.

    Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
    Unfortunately, no. We can only ship to a street address.
    
    If shipping fees apply, when do I see them?
    Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. You’ll always get a chance to see and approve them before you complete your online purchase!
