When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt, but we’re only open on Monday-Friday.
We offer same day shipping on overnight or air delivery shipments – but see the details below.During peak holiday periods or in cases where we’ve temporarily run out of products, there may be a slight shipping delay. When that happens, we’ll let you know.
What if I need faster-than-ground shipping?
You can order next day, second day or three-day guaranteed air services.
The cutoff time for all same-day, expedited air shipments is 12:00 PM (noon) PST.

Delivery period starts when FedEx picks up the package. Normal cutoff times for same-day expedited shipment orders is 12:00 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday only.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, but we have to charge a small delivery fee.
Regardless of order size, standard shipments to Alaska or Hawaii cost $20.
Do you ship to U.S. territories/commonwealths, Canada, or Mexico?
We are working on it. But at the moment, we are only shipping to the 50 states.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address associated with your account at anytime by selecting "My Account" and then "Manage Addresses" from the menu at the left. If you have already placed an order and wish to change the ship-to address for the order, please contact us at help@SHOParchipelago.com Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST, and we will make effort to update your address prior to the order shipping.
If shipping fees apply, when do I see them?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. You will always get a chance to see and approve them before you complete your online purchase!
